The Italian press gave ample space to the Maristanis project in recent months, the Oristanese wetlands and its most important project Maristanis were told in various national and local television reports on Italian TV. On the occasion of the World Wetlands Day on February 2, the TGR Sardegna (from minute 12:49 in Italian) dedicated an extensive report to reaffirm the importance of wetlands and their fundamental role in mitigating the effects of climate change and to promote the calendar full of events and initiatives organized by the MEDSEA Foundation and the local partners, associations, enterprises and municipalities of the Maristanis project.
On February 20, the Maristanis project was broadcast in "Mediterraneo", a tv program broadcasted nationally in Rai3 (from minute 15 in Italian), the most relevant column by Rai on environmental issues in the Mediterranean region in Italy. And, once again, on March 20 on Italia 1, among the main Italian television networks, the project on the wetlands of the Oristanese towards a coordinated governance, was also told in details in the green column of Mediaset E-Planet and on TGCOM. Last but not least, on 25 March, the wetlands of Oristano and Maristanis were the subject of a further tv report in the column Buongiorno Regione of TGR Sardegna (from 9.28 min in Italian).
